Omi’s Gourmet Foods is dedicated to making a quality remoulade sauce. A family recipe passed down from mother to daughter for generations. Omi’s Creole Remoulade Sauce is hand made in small batches and hand bottled by family members to insure freshness and quality consistency. 

The Creole Remoulade sauce got its start by being served at gathering with family and friends.  As people began tasting the sauce, friends would ask to have some to serve at their parties.  As the sauce’s   popularity grew, friends would mention that we should bottle and sell the sauce, so in August 2005 in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Omi’s Gourmet Foods was started and Omi’s Creole Remoulade Sauce started hitting store shelves.
